Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Prior internship or work experience in a business environment is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist in various departments including Marketing, Finance, Property Management, and Operations
Conduct market research and analysis
Support the development and implementation of business strategies
Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content
Assist with data entry and database management
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Participate in project planning and execution
Perform administrative tasks and provide general support as needed
