About The Position

As an Intern at Finastra, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful projects that support our business objectives and customers worldwide. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Product Management, Or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within your assigned business function.
  • Assist with research, analysis, reporting, and project-related activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders on ongoing projects and business priorities.
  • Participate in identifying process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Gather, organize, analyze, and present data to support business decision-making.
  • Develop presentations, documentation, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Attend team meetings, workshops, and learning sessions to gain exposure to business operations and industry best practices.
