About The Position

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Product Management, Or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within your assigned business function.
Assist with research, analysis, reporting, and project-related activities.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders on ongoing projects and business priorities.
Participate in identifying process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Gather, organize, analyze, and present data to support business decision-making.
Develop presentations, documentation, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
Attend team meetings, workshops, and learning sessions to gain exposure to business operations and industry best practices.
Support testing, validation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives, as applicable to the function.
Participate in Agile, project, or team collaboration activities depending on business needs.
Demonstrate strong accountability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn while contributing to team goals.
Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities (Finance Intern).
Assist with financial analysis and performance tracking (Finance Intern).
