Requirements

  • Enrolled in a college computer science, information technology, geography/geospatial, mathematics, business, or related program.
  • No experience required.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment.
  • Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with schematic capture and PCB layout under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Building, assembling, and reworking prototype boards, including soldering and basic component-level work.
  • Performing bench testing and debugging using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
  • Supporting board bring-up, validation, and design verification testing.
  • Researching and selecting components and helping maintain bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Developing, debugging, and testing embedded firmware or software in support of hardware bring-up and product features.
  • Assisting with software projects including writing, reviewing, and documenting code.
  • Documenting test procedures, results, and design changes.
  • Assisting with engineering projects and other duties as assigned.
