About The Position

Twin Farms is seeking thoughtful, motivated interns interested in hospitality for openings in Fall 2026, Winter 2026, and Summer 2027. This internship program provides hands-on experience in a close-knit, team-driven environment that prioritizes attention to detail and genuine guest care. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis for interns interested in Food & Beverage or Guest Experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
• Interest in hospitality or guest services

Responsibilities

• Support dining room service (AM & PM) and in-room dining
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and service flow
• Learn high-level service standards and guest interaction
• Work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams
• Assist with planning and leading guest activities
• Support daily programming and special events
• Help create thoughtful, personalized guest experiences
• Work across departments and spend time outdoors
