About The Position
At Paybility, interns jump into real projects, real conversations, real strategy, and real business challenges from day one. We host interns from various universities and understand school schedules, academic requirements, and how to make internships valuable. We offer three internship tracks: Marketing, Human Resources, and General Business. These internships are for academic credit, but the mission is simple: give students meaningful work, real responsibility, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Roanoke, VA
- Available at least 15 hours/week
- Currently enrolled in college/university (or recent graduate)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and jump in
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable

Responsibilities
- Create content for social media, email, and digital campaigns
- Help launch REAL marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis
- Assist with branding, events, and promotional materials
- Learn what marketing strategies actually drive results
- Assist with recruiting and hiring support
- Improve onboarding materials & internal documentation
- Help with culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Learn real HR operations and processes
- Support meaningful HR projects (not fake busywork)
- Support business operations and internal projects
- Build spreadsheets, reports, and workflow tools
- Assist with scheduling and client coordination
- Conduct research and business analysis
- Jump into cross-functional projects across departments
