About The Position

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking college students and recent graduates for their Summer 2027 paid, full-time Internship Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of the landscape industry, including landscape management, construction, design, irrigation, tree care, plant health, pest control, crew management, and sales. Interns will work with a Branch Manager and be mentored by an Account Manager, experiencing a rotational schedule that balances their interests with branch needs. The program aims to develop leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, while also offering professional development and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Urban Forestry, Construction, Landscape Design or Architecture, Business, or related fields.
An interest in learning multiple aspects of the landscape industry.
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn, ask questions, and get hands-on.
A clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Work alongside crews and experience landscape operations firsthand.
Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of management, administrative, and sales teams.
Gain exposure to safety practices, crew management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service.
Participate in branch meetings and learn how to manage the financial and operational side of the business.
Develop leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Build relationships with Yellowstone Landscape professionals and other interns.
Participate in professional development, networking opportunities, and company-led learning sessions.
