About The Position

The Intern will receive on-the-job training while supporting the IronPro Team. The intern’s primary purpose is to learn and develop an understanding of the overall operation of field maintenance coordination, scheduling, and customer support activities within the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to logistics, business administration, and service operations in a professional office environment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; Collaborate with key internal/external resources; Participate in ongoing self-development.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn service and logistics operations
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions

Responsibilities

  • Receive coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback from IronPro leadership and team members
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking, and prioritizing field maintenance work orders under supervision
  • Support coordination between service, parts, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate maintenance activities
  • Enter, review, and update work order information using departmental systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members to support customer service efforts
  • Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
