About The Position

This internship program offers hands-on experience working on real business initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership, develop professional and technical skills, and have the opportunity to build a network within Evenflo. Consideration for future internship or full-time opportunities may be given. The program is 10-12 weeks long, with a schedule of 40 hours per week. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Relevant coursework or internship experience
• Analytical or technical skills (Excel, data analysis, etc.)
• Interest in consumer products, marketing, operations, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day team operations and project execution
• Work on a defined project or deliverable aligned to business needs
• Conduct research, analysis, and/or reporting as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing work and outcomes
