About The Position

Tuckernuck is a lifestyle brand that makes shopping fun and easy! We’re passionate about creating and curating apparel and gifts for a fun-filled life, and we’re equally passionate about the people who bring our brand to life!

Our internship program offers college students a hands-on opportunity to experience the inner workings of a rapidly growing retail company. Interns work alongside teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the many departments that shape the Tuckernuck customer experience.

Requirements

• Applicants have successfully completed their junior year in college/university
• Applicants should be working towards or have earned a degree in Fashion Merchandining, Retailing, Design, Production, Textiles, Media Studies, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
• Passion for the Tuckernuck brand and interest in lifestyle brands/e-commerce businesses
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solver with a proactive nature
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic, kind, and sincere
• Driven by entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn every single day

Responsibilities

• Onboard - Participate in an in-person orientation and get to know fellow interns and the broader Tuckernuck team
• Learn - Gain insight into different career paths and develop practical skills through biweekly trainings designed to support your future career
• Contribute - Produce meaningful work by taking ownership of projects and tasks
• Collaborate - Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to understand how an omnichannel brand operates and succeeds
• Develop - Receive coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback from your leaders
• Find the Fun - Have access to office amenities and participate in company Find the Fun events to socialize and network
