About The Position

This intern is primarily responsible for assisting a Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to develop models, forecasting tools and work on company projects.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma and Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be able to communicate openly and be clear and understandable when communicating verbally and/or in writing
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
• Must be computer literate and strong with excel and power point
• Must have a complete understanding of general office procedures and practices
• Must be able to manage time and priorities
• Must be able to work successfully in a team atmosphere
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude
• Must be able to maintain a neat work area
• Must be able to accept constructive criticism
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to fulfill written, oral, or visual instructions

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Noel Navarro at RockyPeak, Inc. on quarterly forecasting model
• Update real estate cash flow projections for Harvest, Independence Apartments, East Area II and Limco Del Mar with future cash flows and Net Present Values
• Create 2 lemon models with Vice President of Farming: current state of lemons and future state of lemons trellised for Chik fil A business
• Support the Accounting team with daily administrative tasks
• Perform all other duties as directed by the CFO
