About The Position

The Digital Marketing Analytics Intern will work closely with Tracey Oliver, Digital Marketing Operations Manager, to support the development, setup, and interpretation of marketing analytics dashboards in Power BI. This role is ideal for a student interested in the intersection of data, human behavior, and sensory experiences, and who is curious about how analytics drive smarter marketing decisions. In addition to analytics support, this role will contribute to the Vanilla 360 immersive experience, helping bring sensory storytelling and consumer insights together in a meaningful, experiential way. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world digital marketing operations, analytics, and experiential marketing within a global organization. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and refinement of Power BI marketing analytics dashboards, including data organization, validation, and visualization.
  • Assist in translating marketing data into clear insights that help teams understand performance, engagement, and behavior.
  • Apply knowledge of human behavior and psychology to help interpret trends and patterns within marketing data.
  • Partner with Tracey to identify opportunities to improve how analytics are used to inform decision-making across digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to understand business goals and align analytics outputs to real marketing needs.
  • Help document dashboard logic, metrics, and key takeaways to ensure insights are accessible and reusable.
  • Support the development of the Vanilla 360 immersive experience, with a focus on sensory engagement and storytelling.
  • Contribute ideas grounded in sensory science, experience design, or consumer perception to enhance the experience.
  • Assist with organization, research, and execution tasks related to immersive and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Work directly with Tracey Oliver, who will provide mentorship and guidance throughout the internship.
  • Gain exposure to marketing analytics tools, digital operations, and sensory-led marketing innovation.
