About The Position

Support the day-to-day organization and maintenance of Bacardi archival materials in the U.S. Assist with cataloging, labeling, digitizing, and safely storing historical documents, artifacts, and artwork. Help ensure archival materials are handled, stored, and protected according to established guidelines. Support basic conservation efforts and documentation of historical artifacts under guidance. Assist with maintaining records related to the archive, including updates and inventory tracking. Help respond to internal requests for archive materials in support of brand, marketing, and business needs. Assist with gathering and preparing materials for presentations, award submissions, and internal projects. Assist with special projects such as exhibits, heritage displays, or content for documentaries and events. Use digital tools and basic content platforms to support archival access and organization. Complete tasks accurately, on time, and in alignment with Archive standards.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree (History, Hospitality, Marketing, Museum Studies, or related field)
  • Strong interest in history, archives, storytelling, or brand heritage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and basic technology
