Throughout this 11 week program you will be responsible for real-time execution, managing exposure across 24/7 crypto markets, and contributing to cutting-edge research. Requirements

Passion for trading and financial markets. Specific interest in onchain trading and relevant products/protocols.
Global market knowledge is strongly desired.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Confidence, accountability, decisiveness.
Inquisitive, self-starting personality coupled with the desire to be part of a highly functioning team environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Use and test products in nearly every area of Cryptocurrency and DeFi
Conduct deep research into protocol and product design, financial engineering, tokenomics, politics and communities
Provide analytical support to the trading team regarding the crypto markets and trading team performance.
Develop an extensive understanding of Hyperliquid and Perp DEXs and its impact on strategy performance.
Enhance our use of available internal data, all with the aim of increasing performance and remaining best-in-class as an organization.
Other duties as assigned or needed.
