About The Position

This is a 3-month paid internship opportunity for individuals currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree at our site in Murrysville, PA. Through this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. You will support Risk Management activities and all design-related activities during the product/system lifecycle, provide technical assessment on product quality performance and post-market product quality analysis, and support cross-functional teams to ensure hardware design meets quality and compliance standards for every milestone. You will also produce and complete Quality Engineering documents under direct supervision, support quality-related problem-solving and root cause analysis during design and manufacturing, and perform timely, detailed quality engineering tasks such as assessing product designs, reviewing test and performance data, analyzing market feedback, and completing or assisting with root cause analysis and quality problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Currently majoring in an engineering field on track to receive a bachelor degree.
  • Experience working within a team to achieve goals with defined timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Risk Management activities and of all design related activities during the product/system lifecycle
