Hill House Home is seeking a motivated Design Intern to join our New York team for a 10-week summer program. This is a hands-on opportunity to get real exposure to the design and product lifecycle at a fast-growing lifestyle brand. Requirements

• Relevant coursework in fashion design
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and design
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with sketches, Illustrator line work, and digital renderings
• Help with color, material, research and inspiration boards
• Conduct trend, consumer, and competitive research
• Organize and maintain design files, samples, and seasonal archives
• Assist with the preparations of meetings & presentations
• Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor
