Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior internship or work experience in a business environment is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist in various departments including Marketing, Finance, Property Management, and Operations
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies
- Help manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Perform administrative tasks and provide general support as needed
