About The Position

Qarbon Aerospace in Red Oak, Texas, is seeking an intern to support continuous process improvement projects and related tasks. The position provides exposure to and assignments across engineering activities, including manufacturing support, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tasks may change over time based on program requirements and the candidate’s availability and skills. Training will be provided as needed for assigned work. The intern is responsible for completing assigned tasks within the schedules and budgets defined by their managers.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR guidelines; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or foreign persons under ITAR.
• Must be a current college student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
• Must have completed at least 60 semester hours and be able to provide unofficial transcripts.
• Must have excellent verbal communication and organizational skills and be a self-starter.
• Must have good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work onsite at the facility in Red Oak, Texas.

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
