About The Position

The Intern position is a temporary opportunity designed to provide students or individuals seeking practical work experience with exposure to a professional business environment. Interns may support various departments within the organization, including but not limited to Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Trade/Compliance, or Customer Service. This position is typically temporary in nature and may align with school breaks, summer schedules, or other defined timeframes. This internship is intended to provide hands-on learning and professional development opportunities. The duration, schedule, and department assignment may vary based on business needs and intern availability.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, college, or university, or recently graduated.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods of time as needed.
• Ability to perform general office or departmental duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist department team members with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Support special projects, research, reporting, and data entry activities as assigned.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to gain knowledge of company operations.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling company information.
• Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
• Organize files, documents, and records as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
