Novo Holdings is seeking a Graduate Intern to support the Venture Investments team, our dedicated biotech and medtech investment vehicle, with its investment activities in its Boston office. The Venture Investments team is one of the most active institutional venture capital investors in the life science industry globally. Currently, the portfolio consists of more than 70 active companies in biotech, medtech, and digital health in Europe and the US, ranging from preclinical start-ups to publicly traded companies. The role of Graduate Intern provides exposure to venture capital, biotech and drug development while allowing the successful candidate to work alongside and learn from an international team of seasoned life science investors. The primary role of the Graduate Intern will be to support the US investment team through deal flow administration and investment due diligence. Additional activities include screening of new companies, participating in global team meetings, as well as various adhoc tasks. The role will provide exposure to diverse biotech and medtech start ups, as well as best practices for evaluating, managing and monetizing investments. The Graduate Intern will be expected to be in the Boston office up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility provided for study, exam, and research commitments. This role will pay $26 USD per hour.
