BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States. The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) supports pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare with a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the career development program, students can expect to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degreed program, with preference given to students who have completed at least their freshman year. Students will have exposure to a variety of professional experiences, including professional development training and workshops, extensive networking opportunities, interaction with senior leaders, and a dedicated support network.
