About The Position
This internship centered on supporting project scheduling and cross-functional communications by preparing clear status updates, milestone summaries, and executive-ready insights for key supply chain initiatives. The intern also contributed to continuous-improvement and reporting efforts by standardizing processes, validating data, maintaining dashboards, and helping develop new reporting solutions to strengthen project performance visibility.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Math/Statistics, Information Systems, and relevant technical majors such as Engineering.
- Ability to integrate business acumen with technical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AI tools including Copilot and/or ChatGPT.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities
- Support scheduling activities and project-related communications.
- Attend cross-functional project meetings to support the team and learn how different functions work together.
- Assist in preparing clear project status updates, milestone summaries, and select financial information for teams and stakeholders.
- Help create concise, executive-ready summaries for key supply chain initiatives.
- Participate in data and process reviews to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to standardizing processes and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, project systems, documentation standards, and other requirements.
- Help develop and maintain routines for preparing and validating data used in performance reporting.
- Assist in building/maintaining dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators.
- Support the development of new reporting solutions, including defining requirements, running queries, validating results, and delivering standard and custom reports.
