About The Position

This internship provides hands-on experience in supply chain innovation. The intern will analyze current processes, gather business requirements, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. They will develop and implement an AI-powered solution to address a real supply chain challenge, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable business value. At the end of the internship, the intern will present the solution, its outcomes, and its impact to stakeholders and leadership. The position is a 12-week, full-time summer 2027 internship. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program at an accredited university, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline at an accredited university.
Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029; intended for a rising junior or rising senior.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders across end-to-end processes to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Gather requirements through meetings with business users, stakeholders, and affected teams to define solution needs and priorities.
Partner with IT and application teams to align on technical approaches and solution delivery strategies.
Lead an AI-focused project from concept through implementation, delivering measurable business value and process improvements.
Develop, test, and deploy tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
Create user documentation and training materials, and conduct end-user training to support adoption of new tools and processes.
Support evolving projects and emerging business needs with flexibility and initiative.
Present project outcomes, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.
