About The Position

Hilltop Securities Inc. is seeking qualified students for a Summer Intern position within its Structured Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in the financial services industry, assisting with key company initiatives and developing entry-level professional skills. The internship is an in-person experience lasting from May 24, 2027, to July 30, 2027, with opportunities in Dallas and other branch locations nationwide. HilltopSecurities, a subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings, focuses on building collaborative relationships to enhance the financial future of clients. The Structured Finance department provides clients with access to broader financial options through debt capital markets, including distribution capabilities, innovative financing solutions, and project finance services. Their housing solutions cover advisory, TBA hedging and pipeline management, and compliance administration, utilizing expertise and technology to meet client needs. The department also offers services for structuring, such as interest rate/commodity risk management, online surveillance, accounting consulting, and investment strategies.
