About The Position

The Strategy Intern will assist in evaluating and executing strategic business opportunities for Constellation. The internship provides exposure to enterprise-wide strategic planning, market analysis, and high-impact business projects. The ideal candidate is interested in finance, business strategy, and market analysis and works effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The role includes supporting financial analysis, market and industry research, enterprise strategy projects, transaction and initiative coordination, executive presentations, and due diligence. The position is located in Rochester, New York, and is listed as full time.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort presenting findings.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
High integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Build and review financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and business initiatives.
Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
Analyze data and collaborate with business partners to support strategic planning and enterprise-wide priorities.
Assist with coordinating and executing transaction processes and strategic initiatives alongside internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing findings, strategic recommendations, and implications for leadership.
Support due diligence by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets or investment opportunities.
