ADB is seeking a motivated and passionate Intern to support the Safety department in its day-to-day functions. The internship aims to build upon educational knowledge and develop the skills and experience necessary for success in all aspects of safety processes. The ideal candidate will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, a strong work ethic, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in College Courses
• 3.0 or higher GPA required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Responsibilities

• Perform site safety assessments and cross training visits with the Safety Managers
• Perform coaching sessions with the Safety Manager and various A-team members
• Perform Good catches alongside the construction crews
• Prepare Weekly Safety Meeting agendas and presentations
• Present at at least 1 weekly safety meeting for the Central Wireless and Wireline division
• Partner with the safety team to conduct PPE inventory and tracking
• Perform other position duties when requested by leadership
