About The Position

Alaska Airlines is hiring a Revenue Management Intern for summer 2027. Interns work with teams across Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Horizon Air on visible projects that support the business. The internship offers hands-on experience, networking with employees and company leaders, and unlimited standby travel benefits. It is a full-time, 12-week internship, with two program timelines available to align with different academic calendars. The internship may be based at the corporate office in SeaTac, Washington, or in Honolulu, Hawaii. Candidates who do not already live in the internship city must relocate for the duration of the internship. The internship is intended to provide skill development and work experience and does not guarantee future employment.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a quantitative degree program, including but not limited to Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
• Have intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Have experience interpreting data visualizations to extract meaningful conclusions.
• Have an interest in airline revenue management.
• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
• Have achieved junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market performance and identify opportunities to improve pricing strategies.
• File Alaska-initiated or competitive fares in accordance with established strategies.
• Propose fares and code fare rules for periodic sales.
• Support a project in partnership with a Pricing Analyst.
