The Intern-Resort is responsible for preparing and portioning food for the resort’s Food & Beverage outlets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepares, portions, and serves stocks, breading items, cold salads, dressings, sandwich making, vegetable, fruit prepping and fryer work according to standard recipes. Handles knives and operate small kitchen equipment safely. Works well with others in a close environment with an aptitude for learning. Follows kitchen chain of command, i.e., Chefs, Cook I, Cook II, Cook III. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
