About The Position
The Summer Intern will assist the Research & Development in the day-to-day duties of executing a project. Assisting Research Engineers or Research Chemists in laboratory analysis and pilot plant data acquisition for various types of evaporation or crystallization processes. Work may include monitoring laboratory testing equipment, obtaining and analyzing data, performing engineering design calculations, and development of laboratory test protocols.
Requirements
- Must have completed their junior year in college prior to internship.
- Must be working toward a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
Responsibilities
