University Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced Intern Project Engineer for our San Diego CA location. Requirements

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu, Adobe, and Lotus Notes
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to effectively manage time and details.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Organizational skills in handling & archiving technical data.
Ability to comply with all operating policies, procedures, plans, and programs.
Dependable and punctual.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Distribution and maintenance of the flow of documents, records, files, reports, and other information applicable to multiple projects.
Proper controls of such information within the company and external to the company.
Adherence to standard University Mechanical forms and procedures.
Other duties that may be assigned.
Specific daily tasks may vary by project type, project requirements, and project schedule.
