Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Working towards bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business management preferred.
  • Applicants currently in school urged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work with export-controlled hardware and technical data.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs for routine office tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with updating production schedules and work orders in the ERP system.
  • Track and communicate changes to planned orders and work-in-progress status.
  • Help manage backlog reports and ensure data accuracy for scheduling.
  • Coordinate schedule adjustments as directed by Production Planners.
  • Monitor material availability for scheduled work and escalate shortages.
  • Assist in expediting purchased and internally sourced materials.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for material flow and order status.
  • Generate and distribute routine reports on production status and order completion.
  • Assist with documentation and routing of R&D production orders.
  • Maintain and update key material master data (e.g., yields, batch sizes).
  • Support the planning team in tracking KPIs and production metrics.
  • Support recovery planning efforts for late orders by gathering required data.
  • Help identify and document process improvements to streamline scheduling tasks.
  • Assist with troubleshooting scheduling discrepancies in the ERP system.
  • Provide general assistance in planning-related tasks as needed.
