About The Position

This position will learn and observe various aspects and trends in a Caterpillar dealership. The primary function is to complete tasks assigned and to ask questions to improve and increase the knowledge about the Power Systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to learn and take initiative with problem solving.
• PC skills required.
• Must have a valid California Class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of the Power Systems Division.
• Rotates through HPS divisions to better understand the Power Systems business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems specific to the industry.
• Assists with daily tasks by department.
• Learning technical skills related to the industry.
• Perform any job that may be assigned as necessary to meet the company, department or individual goals and objectives
