Requirements

• Must be an actively enrolled college student.
• Time management and multi-tasking.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to work with a team or individual work.
• Ability to work with students and staff with various special needs.
• Professionalism, including an understanding of HIPAA and FERPA laws.
• Oral and written communication ability, computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Processing intake paperwork and ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
• Keeping medical records updated with patient info.
• Reviewing the discharge clients.
• Entering in proper format in our EMR system.
• Calling the PCP offices for outstanding plan of cares.
• Update the bulletin boards in the therapy clinics.
• Look at resources in the community for new clients.
• Complete any other administrative duties.
