Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • An understanding of mechanical building systems, combined with a passion for sustainable design
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit

Nice To Haves

  • General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up AutoCAD and Revit drawing files, including digitizing and cleaning up working drawings
  • Ensure compliance with the Introba design checklist
  • Perform hands-on engineering tasks, including calculations and simulations
  • Create and update technical drawings and 3D models
  • Support business-related tasks, such as preparing presentations and maintaining project files
