About The Position
This internship is designed for current college students or recent graduates based in the Seattle, WA area who are interested in marketing, retail, and the running industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in retail marketing and brand operations, exposure to field activation and community engagement, and will work in a learning-focused environment with increasing responsibility over time.
Requirements
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines (especially POS production and shipping)
- Reliable transportation to/from the office and local events
- Clear, professional communication
- Consistent project tracking and reporting
- Curiosity about marketing, retail, and the running category

Responsibilities
- Customize and order seasonal POS for retail partners
- Design social media assets for demos and run clubs
- Support product seeding and field marketing initiatives
- Organize Canva and asset libraries by season
- Track run market trends, social content, and competitors
- Attend local events, demos, run clubs, and the Craft Seattle showroom (up to 15% travel)
