About The Position

Hill House Home is seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to join our New York team for a 10-week summer program. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real exposure to performance marketing across paid channels, email, and SMS at a fast-growing lifestyle brand. The internship will involve reviewing and approving paid social creative, building and supporting email marketing campaigns, understanding key paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, CTV, and OOH), tracking core performance metrics (traffic, CAC, ROAS, spend vs. budget, new customer acquisition), gaining exposure to creative A/B testing, supporting weekly reporting and data insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Planning & Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Genuinely curious about marketing, e-commerce, or digital media
  • Interested in women’s apparel, lifestyle brands and e-commerce businesses
  • Motivated and eager to learn about growth marketing
  • Interested in making decisions based on data
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to follow processes and stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working across teams

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve paid social creative
  • Build and support email marketing campaigns
  • Understand how key paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, CTV, and OOH) operate and work together to drive growth
  • Track and understand core performance metrics including traffic, CAC, ROAS, spend vs. budget, and new customer acquisition
  • Gain exposure to creative A/B testing processes and what makes paid content perform
  • Support weekly reporting and help surface insights from campaign data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Planning & Operations teams
