The compensation range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and care.
  • Positive attitude, able to be nimble and react to change in direction quickly.
  • Team first mentality, this position supports the print / graphic needs of all functional areas of the marketing department.
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, and as needed to ensure completion of projects.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuit of Associates or Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of print production tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
  • Actively participating in signage and graphic installations at various locations, ensuring precision and alignment with brand standards.
  • Provides comprehensive event support, which includes setting up and dismantling event activations efficiently and effectively.
  • Gains practical experience in print shop operations, such as weeding vinyl, mounting promotional materials, installations, and other finishing tasks.
  • Supports the creative team in designing and updating the layout of a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print communications, and assists with various other marketing tasks as needed.
