About The Position
Moog’s Manufacturing team within its Military Aircraft group is seeking a spring/summer 2027 block intern. The position is onsite in Torrance, California, and requires the ability to relocate for the duration of the internship. The intern will contribute to engineering tasks, provide technical support, and may gain experience in continuous improvement, business process support, and/or project engineering depending on their educational discipline. Requirements
- Be enrolled in an Industrial Engineering or other relevant Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
- Have a GPA of at least 3.0; the exact GPA requirement will be specified by the department.
- Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Have a professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog.
- Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
- Work on continuous improvement, business process support, and/or project engineering, depending on the student’s educational discipline.
- Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
- Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
- Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.
