About The Position

Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities at our site in Plymouth, MN. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Requirements

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Your skills include strong organizational and project coordination capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications: Microsoft Copilot, Forms, SharePoint, Teams, or Learning Management Systems is a plus, as is an interest in leadership development, talent management, employee experience, or organizational effectiveness.
You're an analytical and collaborative problem solver who is interested in learning and development, employee development, and working across a global, matrixed medical technology organization.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of learning and talent development initiatives across the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business, including leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, intern programming, and learning strategy execution.
Work closely with the Director of Learning & Development and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate learning programs, registrations, surveys, communications, and development events.
Create learning resources, facilitator materials, job aids, and communications, while analyzing program feedback and learning metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Gain hands-on experience with learning technology and AI-enabled learning solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and LinkedIn Learning, while contributing to digital learning and AI fluency initiatives.
