About The Position

This is a temporary 6-month position where the intern will support the litigation and employment law team. The role involves participating in the development of legal opinions and implementation plans, conducting research and preliminary analysis, utilizing knowledge acquired during studies, and interacting with stakeholders in complementary fields. The intern will also be required to make representations before the courts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Completed or pending Bar Admission Course
  • Knowledge of French is require

Responsibilities

  • Support the professional resources of your unit by conducting legal research and analysis in various areas of law
  • Draft and prepare various reports, opinions and summaries
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Make representations before the courts
