About The Position
Perch is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker for a fully remote position in Quebec, Canada. This role is ideal for top-performing mortgage brokers or advisors from banks/credit unions who are looking to eliminate administrative tasks and focus on client relationships and closing deals. Perch offers a proprietary auto-adjudication engine, workflow automation, and dedicated in-house support to streamline the mortgage process. The company, founded in 2018 and based in Toronto, works with homeowners across Canada and has won awards for its innovative approach to mortgage services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
- Proven top performer with the ability to originate at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
- Must be licensed in Quebec.
