Intern, IT Support
About The Position
This position will support our IT Field Services team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 - August 2026 and will be based in Nashville TN. This is a paid, full-time internship. In this position you will have the opportunity to: Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support Learn about IT support platforms in a corporate environment Provide excellent customer service Use ITIL platforms to quality and quantity of work Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment Work alongside and be coached by members of your team Engage with leaders across the company
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
Nice To Haves
- Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging experience a plus
