About The Position

An intern supports the assigned department by assisting with a variety of tasks, including special project assignments and active participation in project inspection and documentation, to gain practical experience and support their educational development. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for TN visa classification.
• Must be pursuing a degree in a relevant field to gain practical experience and support educational development.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare drawings and sketches for documenting progress in construction ses
• Support the creation of Inspectors Daily Reports
• Assist with construction phase activities, including participating in site visits, supporting RFI responses, reviewing shop drawings, and helping update record drawings
• Follow established quality control procedures and ask questions as needed
• Develop basic inspection skills through hands-on experience
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members
• Receive guidance and direction from supervisors and team leaders
• Collaborate with engineers, Construction Project Supervisors, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Perform other related duties as assigned
