About The Position

The intern will be assigned to support a functional area within Modigent. The intern will have the opportunity to explore many aspects of the business and develop their professional skills in a working environment. This position typically will be for a 12-week period and will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee. The position is responsible for expanding experiences and knowledge of practices and procedures as they relate to assigned area.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college program with course work related to the internship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.
• Performing clerical/administrative/support duties as assigned.
• Job shadowing within the department.
• Expands and develops knowledge with exposure to a variety of roles related to area of study.
• Participates in work teams, contributes to projects and initiatives, and performs various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.
• Learning technical skills related to the industry.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities shown during the internship.
