About The Position
KI is searching for a college student to participate in a paid, Human Resources summer internship at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position with our Corporate Human Resources department and is anticipated to start in May, or early June, and last through the duration of the summer. This internship will provide an opportunity to work in and support many areas of the Corporate Human Resources department including employee onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement activities, data entry into our HR Information System and more!
Requirements
- Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related major
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding
- Support recruiting efforts
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Perform data entry into the HR Information System
