Summary: The HR Administrator Intern is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day Human Resources operations while gaining exposure to core HR functions including recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and compliance processes. This practical experience provides the intern with the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in Human Resources while contributing to initiatives that support employee experience, operational efficiency, and NAI’s overall business success.
