Requirements

  • Two years of work experience in an administrative environment
  • OR a combination of related work experience and education
  • Safety: Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to give full attention to what others are saying and communicating information so that others will understand.
  • Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work: Developing specific goals and plans for prioritizing, organizing, and accomplishing individual work and/or the work of the team.
  • Accountability & Dependability: Displays responsibility, reliability, is committed to fulfilling work obligations and can hold others accountable for desired results.
  • Customer Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. This also includes effectively anticipating and meeting customer needs and the ability to adjust approach based on the situation.
  • Attention to Detail: Thorough in accomplishing tasks, no matter how small they may be, and taking care to make sure that expectations are met.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
  • Payroll and HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • SAP or similar HRIS experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across: •    Union/CBA management, employee data administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR processes
  • Maintain accurate employee and union records in Navision
  • Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
  • Assist with payroll processing and HR‑related accounts payable
  • Manage employment verifications and compliance documentation
  • Support company driver program records
  • Provide general Salt Lake City branch administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
