About the IT Support Intern Role: Provide desktop end-user support, PC setup/configuration, inventory management, and resolution of IT Client Services requests.

Requirements

  • Education High School (or equivalent work experience)

  • Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced team environment, with a large global customer base.
  • Possesses skills within Microsoft 11; MacOS, and Office 365 suite.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and rapport
  • Physical dexterity to handle laptops, desktops, and monitors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users in support of hardware, software, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
  • Build and deploy Apple and Windows 11 PC computers with associated configurations.
  • Inventory, image, and maintain asset records for inventory.
  • Prepare laptops for donation and disposal.
  • Maintain and enforce corporate hardware and software policies.
  • Queue into online helpdesk ticketing system, to create, track progress and status, resolve and close tickets.
  • Attend regular staff meetings to report on tasks and progress.
  • Act as a resource for all employees regarding technical IT questions and training.
  • Backup for IT staff.
