The Helpdesk Support Analyst is responsible for providing clerical and analytical support to the IT Department for GRMC. The incumbent will assist with oversight of IT inventory, equipment procurement, printer support for ordering replacing toner throughout the organization, and supports issues according to procedure for inspecting and monitoring critical computer software, hardware, and environmental systems. Additionally, will deliver equipment and supplies as needed to various GRMC departments.
