About The Position

The Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of all hardware, software, and IT systems at Amazing Care HHS. This role ensures smooth operation of technology, provides end-user support, and helps maintain secure and efficient systems across the organization. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant IT experience or equivalent combination of education and certifications
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi network systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a helpful, responsive approach
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing IT environment
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and take ownership

Responsibilities

  • Supports daily IT operations across hardware and software systems, providing end-user assistance with device setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Monitors and maintains Microsoft 365 services, including user licensing and security groups, and performs basic account maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Helps orient staff to IT systems and tools.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of patient and company information.
  • Reports any system changes or issues that may impact the organization.
  • On-call duties are required.
  • Responsibilities may evolve as the company grows.
