About The Position
We're looking for that person who uses his or her curiosity and attentiveness to every encounter every day. This internship is for you! We have fall internship opportunities in our hotel Germain Charlevoix for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this September 2026.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset
Responsibilities
- Help with check-in and check-out.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments.
